Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are unhappy with your Matcha, please email hello@morematcha.com within 14 days and we will refund your order to your original payment method.

If you have purchased a More Matcha accessory, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.

My accessory has developed a fault

If your More Matcha accessory has developed a fault, please email us and include your order number as well as information about the issue.
Where a product has been used but has developed a fault, we will re-send your order or provide store credit.

Will you refund my delivery fee?

We will refund your delivery fee if your order is refunded before your item has been shipped.

Will you pay for my return?

We will pay for your return postage if your item has developed a fault.
We will ask you to pay for your return postage if your item has not developed a fault.
